JEFF SALMON OF DECORATUM – LIGHTING OFFERINGS

‘Bubble Lamp’ by Francesco Bocola for Pierre Cardin, 1970’s France/Italy

“Stick2” Steel Light Structure by Stephane Ducatteau, France 2007

Unique Concrete & Glass Floor Lamp by Poliarte, Italy 1970’s

As many others I am quickly becoming a big follower of Channel 4’s ‘Four Rooms’. If you haven’t already got involved then I suggest you do. I took the time out to look into Jeff Salmon who is quickly becoming known within the program for his witty yet raw approach to sealing a deal. He obviously isn’t all talk because the amount of items sitting in one of his galleries online is unreal. I focused on Decoratum for this post, which caters to ‘2oth Century & Contemporary Design’. This was a little break down of three pieces that really took me within the lighting category, but for me the concrete and glass floor lamp by Poliarte is literally untouchable. The thoughts of redecorating and purchasing new items for the home certainly jump at you after spending an hour on the site, so let the saving commence.
