Received this through the post at work this morning. These usually get discarded of easily as I’ve said in a previous post but I made sure I got grips on this particular one. Now, whether we will be seeing the collection is another question but what I do know is this is quite simply on point for an invitation. For me it’s the subtle detail of the location, date and contact details all being written in pencil. It shows time and effort creating something actually quite intimate and personal. The way it was roughly folded was also a really strong touch that added to the impact of the overall piece once opened. The paper texture was almost that of tracing paper with the lettering creating the illusion it was hand done. The conclusion to this post is that the collection better live up to it’s invite!
